Charlize Theron
Charlize, a Hollywood actress, has risen to the challenge of a variety of roles in a rather short period of time. She began her career as a model in her native South Africa, and now lives in the USA. She has starred in a number of award winning films and received her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2005.

Dr Hugo Theron
Hugo was a veterinary surgeon and entrepreneur who pioneered the delivery of veterinary services into central Africa in the late 1950's. By an act of Parliament he was authorised to practice on the famous Copper Belt in the then Northern Rhodesia. He subsequently practiced in South Africa before retiring in Australia with his family.
Danie Theron
Danie Theron (May 9, 1872 - September 5, 1900), is best known for his role as Captain in the Second Anglo Boer, where he was put in charge of a significant scouting unit, called the Theron Reconnaissance Corps. The British Commander in Chief, Lord Roberts, described Théron as "the hardest thorn in the flesh of the British advance".
